Return Policy

Chaos Kitten Emporium accepts returns for store credit only, with items needing to be received within 30 days in their original condition. Final Sale items, including discounted, personalized, and custom-made products, are not eligible for return. For damaged or incorrect items, customers should contact customer service within 3 business days.

Return Overview

- Returns are for STORE CREDIT only, issued via email.
- All returns must be received within 30 days. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging when possible.
- No Exchanges. No Refunds.
- Shipping is non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return (see below).
- For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Sale Items

- All Sale Items are FINAL and NOT eligible for return.
- Sale items are considered as:  items listed in the Sale Category or discounted 20% or more.
- BOGO, B2G2, Mystery Bags, Doorbusters, and similar promotions.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
- Items returned in poor condition or outside the return policy window will be sent back as Final Sale.

Starting  Return

- To start a return, click here.
- Allow 5 to 7 business days for Store Credit to be issued once we receive your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email when processed.
- If you don’t see the Store Credit in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.

Damaged / Defect

- Contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order if you receive a defective item.

Missing / Incorrect Item

- For missing or incorrect items, contact our customer service team within 3 business days to resolve the issue.

Store Credit /
Gif Cards

- Gift cards and store credit codes expire 5 years from the date issued.
- If your purchase exceeds the value of your gift card, an additional payment method will be required at checkout.
- Using a gift card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions

Cancel / Order Alteration 

Adding Items to Existing Order

Price Adjustment

- Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.

- Additional items cannot be added once an order is processed. If it’s within 24 hours of your previous order, contact customer service immediately with both order numbers, and we’ll TRY to waive the shipping fee.

- Due to limited quantities and high demand, price adjustments are not available. No exceptions.
