We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right—whether it’s a production flaw or a wrong item—we are here to help.

  • Reporting an Issue: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us at chaoskittenemporiumhelp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  • Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery. Because our items are made-to-order, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition. We are happy to cover the costs of returns or replacements for any items that arrive defective or incorrect.

  • Refund Process: Once a return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the transaction.

  • Our Commitment: As a small, independent brand, we put a lot of care into every order. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
